Returns Policy
We, The Naughty Apple, first and foremost want to be fair with you and will treat you respect so we can come to a satisfactory, mutual, and happy resolution. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, they will prevail, and that particular provision in our Returns Policy may be deemed inapplicable.
Returns (Refunds & Exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, then we are unhappy, so please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. That means your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase e.g., your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. When we receive the mentioned information, we will review and be in contact with the next step.
Damaged items, including torn wrapping and packaging resulting in an unsaleable condition, will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Please do not send the goods to the address that is on the product box. Please email returns@thenaughtyapple.com and we will supply you with the correct return address and the next step in the process.
Lingerie & Intimate Clothing Returns:
This is the one big exception we have on returns – We absolutely want you to be happy with your purchases, and I am sure that you can understand that for everyone’s health and safety, we also need everything we sell to be new and hygienic so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any Personal hygiene products, single use products, clothes, or lingerie. So, when ordering lingerie make sure you have read and fully understand the size information. Any queries please contact us.
Just for clarity, NO Returns on Personal hygiene products, single use products, lingerie, or intimate clothing, sorry.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days. Please be aware that in some cases this may take longer depending on your financial institution, Credit / Debit cards, bank holidays etc. but we will always do our best to have a satisfactory outcome. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded if the complete order is being returned.
Late or missing refunds (If applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Deliveries
Delivery times are based on:
- Orders placed and accepted before 12 noon, are generally processed, and shipped the same day.
- Delivery times may be up to 7 days.
- Worldwide location.
- Subject to stock availability
Any possible delivery delays caused by transport agencies will not be liable to The Naughty Apple.
Customs clearance in custom offices may cause possible delays.
If a stock item is not available in our warehouse, we will contact you on the same day with an alternative product or it will be delivered to you and shipped out in the next shipping cycle
Sale items
We do not offer refunds for sale items unless they are faulty or defective or broken before delivery.
Shipping
To return your product, please email your product query to returns@thenaughtyapple.com with your details and reason for returning.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
