Ordering
1. Is ordering online safe?
This is a very legitimate question especially with everything you hear nowadays. With a little bit of investigation to make sure that who you are buying off is legit then everything should be ok. A couple of little tips is to check out the web address – if it has https: or a closed lock symbol at the beginning, the “s” and the lock means that it is secure. Another one is to check for the company and or VAT number and check that it is registered with Revenue. If still you have any questions, then do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions and ease your concerns.
2. Is it safe to enter my payment details online?
This is again another very legitimate question, of which some of this is answered in Question 1 above with the lock symbol and https, the “s” and lock symbol meaning that the site is secure and that it is safe to use. With modern day technology and our payment partners you can rest assured that your payments are being made safely.
3. Are the payment options safe?
We use some of the biggest and most secure online payment providers in the world such as PayPal / Stripe etc. so it does not get any safer than this.
4. Does The Naughty Apple store your payment details?
In short No we do not, in fact we do not even see your details as the payments are made on our payment partners servers.
5. What happens if you do not have my order in stock?
This will never or very rarely happen as our website is always up to date with our stock levels so this should not be an issue. If for some reason that it did happen, then we will contact you with an estimated arrival date or a similar product to your liking.
6. What will my Bank / Credit Card statement show?
With everything we do, your privacy is everything so your statements will show TNA and no one will be any the wiser.
