1. Is my order shipped discreetly?

Our shipments are 100% discreet. The sender that appears, is not identified with our page. Transport companies do not know the contents of the packages. Packages do not include any exterior markings, return addresses indicating what they contain.

2. Do I have to get it delivered to my home?

No, you can get it delivered anywhere, just enter in the correct delivery address with Eir / Post code and it will be there for you. The best thing is the packaging is so discrete that you will be the only one that knows what it is.

3. When will my package arrive?

We can’t give you an exact time on this unfortunately as delivery times vary from location to location. We aim to have your parcel with you within 4 days depending on time of order but may take up to 7 days…. *See Shipment

4. What if I’m not at home when the package arrives?

If you are not at home and the courier cannot leave the package with any other person, the courier will leave a notice for you to contact the transportation office and can arrange another time for delivery. The courier will try up to two times to try and deliver to your shipping address. If no one can receive the package at the agreed address, please tell us an address where the courier can find you or an alternative address where it can be delivered.

5. What happens if I am not able to receive the package on the two attempts?

If the courier has not been able to deliver the package on either occasion, you can pick it up at the transport company’s office within a maximum timeframe of 15 calendar days.
After the deadline, it is returned to its origin, and you may be charged for the delivery which may come to more than the €4 contribution already charged if under the required amount.

6. Is it possible to cancel my order once it has been shipped?

In short No, once it is processed and shipped to you it is not possible to cancel your order. If you want to cancel an order, it must be before we have prepared and shipped your package. So, if you want to cancel, it is very important that you contact us the same day you make the order and before 16:00 hours.

7. I did not receive my order!

It is very important that you keep a close eye on you phone and email. If by some chance, there is a problem with your order we will try to contact you by one of these means.
If you have not received your package within 48 working hours of the shipment, you can contact us, and we will investigate the reason.

8. Can I modify the shipping data on my order?

Shipping details can only be modified if the order has not left our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped it can no longer be modified.
In order to change the address, you must contact us and give us the new shipping address so that we can change it as soon as possible. Remember we can only do this if the package has not yet been sent.

9. What type of details does The Naughty Apple need to make your delivery?

We need your name, delivery address, phone number and email address just in case we or the courier needs to contact you.
